David W. Frame is a native West Virginian, who grew up in a large family right here in Clarksburg, West Virginia.  He is involved in the community. Married with two teenage children, he is a Scoutmaster, an avid outdoorsman and an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  He has been a sole practitioner in Clarksburg for twenty years. 

His office eliminated many practice areas long ago, so that he can concentrate his
efforts on and excel at the areas he does practice in - civil and criminal litigation, which is the preparation for and presentation of evidence and arguments in the courtroom.  Because he is experienced and successful at preparing an effective courtroom presentation, it is often possible to successfully negotiate a settlement that is advantageous and avoid the expense and inconvenience of trial.  In fact 90% of our cases settle, and we only settle if our client is completely satisfied.
